Calling All Past HTCJ Builders — You’re Invited Back

If you’ve participated in any previous Hack the Concrete Jungle (HTCJ) event — Miami, Dallas, Las Vegas, LA, or New York — this update is for you.

HTCJ is not a one-time hackathon. It’s a multi-city, multi-industry innovation ecosystem, and we’re continuing that journey with our second New York City edition, in collaboration with SFWRUNWAY during New York Fashion Week.

What This Round Is About

HTCJ × SFWRUNWAY: Technology Shaping the Future of Fashion

This round invites builders to explore innovation across:

Fashion & culture

AI, Web3, and immersive tech

Sustainability & circular design

Media, storytelling, and creative technology

Urban intelligence & future cities

You can build something entirely new, expand a past HTCJ project, or collaborate with new and returning team members.

Fashion Inspiration Week × ElevenLabs

As part of this NYC edition, we’re also partnering with ElevenLabs to explore how voice, sound, and storytelling can shape the future of fashion.

Use AI voice to:

Narrate fashion concepts and collections

Create digital runway experiences

Tell global, multilingual fashion stories

Prototype fashion media and content tools

Build voice-driven brand experiences and interactive runway concepts

Powered by ElevenLabs

Participants may receive access to ElevenLabs tools and credits to build.

Important notes:

Attendance is optional

No pitching or judging happens at this event

This is for networking, collaboration, and ecosystem connection

Where You Submit Your Project (Required)

All projects must be submitted on Devpost.

Devpost is the official submission platform. Judges will review submissions after the deadline, and top projects will advance to the next round.

Submit on Devpost:

How Advancement Works

After the submission deadline:

  1. Judges review all Devpost submissions
  2. Top projects are selected to advance
  3. Advancing teams enter the HTCJ ecosystem pipeline

No pitching at this stage. Pitch opportunities and showcases come later in future rounds.

HTCJ Is Growing

This is our second time in New York, and we have more cities and international locations coming soon.

Projects built here may continue across future HTCJ cities, partner activations, pilot programs, and funding pathways.
